Results:
The combination of the V-notch blade and the diamond-shaped inlet allows material to discharge centrally through the middle of the Vortex® Roller Gate™. As the gate actuates, the opening maintains a square pattern that is easier to calculate when adjusting material flow rate.
The IVP’s Infinite Position Controller works in conjunction with a cylinder-mounted linear transducer, air control solenoids and the plant’s PLC system to allow precise batching or metering of material.
