Application:
This is the second group of replacement gates ordered. The customer likes the added features and benefits that Vortex offers.
These Vortex Titan Aggregate Gates were manufactured in a special rectangular shape to match the size of gates that were originally supplied with the customer’s milling equipment.
The abrasion-resistant steel blade and inlet liners address equipment wear created by the rice product.
The Vortex pneumatic actuators were mounted with the cylinder flush with the top of the frame to accommodate installation.
